Building enterprise AI that survives contact with production.
Eighteen years across three continents — from early SAP rollouts in Mumbai, to pioneering SAP-on-AWS at IBM, to leading the AI solutions architecture team at AWS. I help Fortune 500 organizations turn ambitious AI ideas into systems that hold up under load, audit, and budget.

The work
Five practice areas, eighteen years, one thesis: in enterprise AI and cloud, the value sits in disciplined execution — not the breakthrough. The breakthroughs are public; the discipline is what decides who survives them.
- 01
Leading the AI architecture team at AWS
A 45-person organization that ships AI into the Fortune 500.
Currently steering a $400M+ AI portfolio. I built and run a 45-member solutions architecture team — three direct managers, customer-facing architects, and the AWS Power Hour program that reaches 1,000+ architects monthly. Trained 175+ early-career architects through the Emerging Talent Program, generated 150+ qualified leads and $26M in influenced revenue through the AWS AI Cloud Hour.
- 02
Cloud architecture for the enterprise
Fifteen years architecting transformations that have to work on Monday.
McAfee ($42M), Sony (grew from $4.7M to $50M), HPI ($50M competitive win against Azure). $150M+ in delivered solutions before AWS handed me a $400M+ portfolio to lead. Influenced AWS platform development by presenting EC2 and storage optimization narratives for SAP HANA at the annual Executive Planning Meeting. Built reusable accelerators that cut enterprise migration delivery time by 35% — adopted across the global solutions org.
- 03
SAP, then SAP on cloud, then SAP on AWS
One of the early hands on SAP-on-AWS — when it was still a gamble.
Led John Deere's SAP landscape migration to AWS in partnership with the AWS team — one of the industry's earliest at scale. Achieved 99.95% uptime across SAP environments backing $2B+ in annual revenue. Built IBM's SAP-on-AWS practice methodology, trained 50+ consultants, scaled the delivery framework across North America and Europe. Spearheaded Jaguar Land Rover's full ECC upgrade and AIX→Linux migration — zero downtime, zero business disruption.
- 04
Talent development as a system
175+ architects trained. Eight promoted to principal. The compounding asset.
The Emerging Talent Program — VP-approved over four years — is the work I'm proudest of. Recruited and trained 175+ early-career Solutions Architects on a sustainable pipeline aligned with the AWS AI strategy. Eight senior architects mentored into principal roles. The math is obvious: teams that develop their own talent outperform teams that buy it, especially in markets like AI where the right hire doesn't yet exist.

Strategy that survives the executive room
Executive MBA · Foster School · technical depth, business legibility.
Most architects can't get past a CFO. Most MBAs can't get past a head of engineering. The Executive MBA from UW Foster — completed alongside the day job — was about closing that gap. Has since shown up in $50M deals won against incumbent clouds, $400M portfolio strategy, and the business case that built the Emerging Talent Program in the first place. Business strategy as a load-bearing skill, not a soft one.
